Always arrive to your brow appointments with completely clean brows and no make-up or self-tanner on or around the eyebrows.
Avoid use of any chemical or physical exfoliant on the area for a minimum of 48 hours prior to, and after your appointment. This includes AHAs, BHAs, lactic acid, peels, Retinol, Vitamin A, fruit acids or scrubs. Also avoid suntanning and fake tan for the same period.
Avoid excess moisture such as saunas, sun-tanning, swimming, hot yoga and excessive sweating for 24 hours post-treatment.
After Brow Lamination
You have been provided with a complimentary Cocoa Brow Oil - use this morning and night. It is crucial to ensure your laminated brow hairs do not become dry (this can result in kinking and wayward directions). Coat all brows hairs with a light layer, then gently brush the hairs upwards and outwards in your preferred shape to set in place. Continue to use this every morning and night until all the laminated brow hairs are completely grown out.
Your freshly laminated brows will look best in the first 2 weeks after treatment with just some Cocoa Brow Oil and a brush.
After 2 weeks as the new hairs grow through in their own natural direction, we recommend using a Brow Soap or Gel in addition to, and after you have applied your Cocoa Brow Oil. Use the flat lip wand provided or a cotton bud to smooth the soap/gel onto the brow hairs after you have brushed into place. Lightly brush again if needed, however the aim is to flatten the new growth so as to blend with the laminated hairs.
To keep your brows looking gorgeous we recommend tinting and waxing every 3-4 weeks, and lamination every 6 weeks.
